Bruce Trail membership
Why join the Bruce Trail Association?
The Bruce Trail Association is an organization founded, built and supported by volunteers, donors and members. Your membership in the Association will help us continue in our efforts to preserve and protect the natural heritage of the Niagara Escarpment. The Bruce Trail provides an important link to over 100 parks and conservation areas along the Niagara Escarpment corridor and the Association works to maintain the Trail throughout southern Ontario. The Niagara Escarpment is a World Biosphere Reserve.
The benefits of membership
Your membership means that you are participating in securing the continued existence of the Bruce Trail. You'll have the opportunity to meet new people and get involved in our hikes, social gatherings, workshops and weekend outings. You will also receive the Bruce Trail News, our official magazine, and newsletters from your local club. Membership also entitles you to discounts on products from the General Store and at various sports and hiking stores.
How does membership work?
The BTA is made up of nine clubs, of which Dufferin Hi-Land is one. When you complete the membership application, you will be asked to select a home club (you can select more than one club if you wish). Be sure to select the Dufferin Hi-Land Club as your home club!
How do you join the BTA?
It's easy! To join the Bruce Trail Association just visit the membership page of the BTA website. Once there, you can either join online, or if you prefer you can mail, email, fax or phone your application. Download a copy of the application form here.
